These can be used on the body. Wone with a long satchel strap, it can be attached to the lower leg, or thigh. It can also be directly attached to an IV pole, the side of your bed, your wheelchair, Walker, scooter, or another device.
These will come with a range of strap options, that suit your specific situation. Straps can be switched out for different designs, and are easy to move and change lengths — even with hand / muscle weakness.
