How to Use:

1. Hold the pad so the textured side is against your skin and the flat side is pressed by your hand.
2. Press the pad firmly against the injection site.
3. Immediately inject through the U-shaped opening in the pad.
4. Keep the pad in place until you have removed the injection needle from your skin.
