Details

Material: Nylon

Size: 120cm (L) x 12cm (W)

Weight: less than 50 grams

Package Contains: 1x Patient Transfer Assistive Sling

How To Use:

  1. Place the strap behind the person’s back or around their waist. The padded middle section should sit comfortably against their lower back or hips. Make sure it’s not twisted and sits flat.
  2. Use the loops to get a secure grip. You can hold one loop with each hand, or use multiple loops if you need a better angle. Another support person can use the loops on the other side if needed.
  3. Work together to move or support. Use gentle, even support to help the person stand, pivot, or shift from one surface to another (like from a bed to a wheelchair). Always check in and make sure they feel safe and supported.
  4. 💡 Tip: This strap is meant to assist and guide, it is not made to lift someone’s full weight. Always move at the person’s pace and use additional equipment if needed for full transfers.
